1. Booking and Payment

All bookings are made through our booking engine at book.orionpms.net. Payment terms, deposit requirements, and balance due dates are set by the booking engine and will be shown at the time of booking. Numa Villas by Estia manages the properties but is not the booking engine provider.

2. Cancellation Policy

The specific cancellation policy applicable to your booking is shown at the time of reservation through our booking engine. Please review it carefully before confirming your booking. Cancellation terms vary by rate plan and dates.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

4. Children and Extra Guests

Children of all ages are welcome. The maximum guest capacity for each villa is indicated on the villa page. Additional guests beyond the stated capacity may not be permitted without prior agreement and may incur additional charges.

5. Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to bring a pet, and we will confirm whether it is possible for your chosen dates. An additional cleaning fee may apply.

6. Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the villas. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.

7. Events and Parties

The villas are intended for private holiday use. Any events, parties, or professional photo shoots require prior written approval from Numa Villas by Estia.

8. Damage and Loss

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to the property or its contents during their stay. A security deposit may be required at check-in or through the booking engine. Any damages will be charged to the card on file.

9. Complaints

If you have a complaint about your stay, please contact us as soon as possible at numavillascrete@gmail.com so we can address the issue promptly.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Greek courts.

11. Changes to Terms

Numa Villas by Estia reserves the right to update these terms from time to time. The version displayed on this page at the time of booking applies to that booking.
